Septic Dye Test: A septic dye test is used to test the leach field system to ensure it is functioning normally. Dye tablets are added and approximately two hundred and fifty gallons of water are run through the system. The leach field is checked on the surface for dye. This test does not show you the condition of the septic tank.
Water Quality Test: this test will determine if there are any of the nitrates or minerals associated with hard water in the water supply.
Water Flow Test: this test will determine the flow rate of your well pump, in gallons per minute (GPM).
Pest Inspection: This inspecton looks for signs of wood boring insects.

Visual Mold Inspection: This is a visual test to determine if there may be mold or mold spores and if further testing is required. This test is free with all home inspections.
Air Quality Testing: This test determines all biological products that may be found in the indoor air of a home. Air Quality is important to the health of your family. It is especially important to those sensitive to respiratory illnesses such as asthmatics, the very young and the elderly.
Advanced Water Quality Test: This test determines amounts of bacteria (Total Coli form, E coli) Nitrate, Clarity, Chlorine, Color, Copper, Hardness, Iron, lead, Nitrates, Nitrite, PH (acidity) in water.
Radon: Two canisters are placed in the basement or crawl space to test for the presents of radon. This test takes four days including lab results. Two canisters are used in order to ensure accurate results. Cancer has been linked due to the effect of radon gases. These gases are colorless and odorless and amounts can only be determined by testing.
Lead & Asbestos Identification Test: Samples are taken of suspected materials and are analyzed to determine levels. This process takes a few days for results.
